How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, choose the product and any color, length or style options, and tap "Add to Cart". Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We can update or cancel orders that have not been shipped yet.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can also check the status anytime under My Orders.

Yes. Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once it is dispatched.
Products
How do I choose the right chain length?
Chain length options are listed on each product page. As a guide, 45-50cm (18-20 inch) sits around the collarbone and 60-70cm (24-28 inch) falls to the mid chest, which suits larger pendants. If you are unsure, email us with the product name and we will help.
What are the pieces made of?
Each product title and description lists the base metal, usually titanium steel, stainless steel or zinc alloy. Iced-out pieces are set with rhinestones or cubic zirconia, not diamonds.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Take pieces off before showering, swimming or working out, and keep them away from perfume and cleaning products. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store each piece separately in its pouch so stones and plating do not get scratched.
